Delivery is free for Paso Robles. Deliveries outside of Paso Robles proper will incur an extra fee.

Styling and Tablescaping is available as an additional service starting at $100. Proper estimates will be given with your custom qoute!

Yes! We offer optional tea service and locally sourced pastry and dessert packages as add-on services through our trusted local partners. These enhancements make it easy to create a complete and memorable afternoon tea experience for your guests.

Yes! Outdoor events are welcome; however, we recommend a shaded or covered area to help protect our vintage pieces from wind, direct sunlight, and unexpected weather.

We recommend booking 2–6 months in advance, especially during spring and fall when weekends fill quickly. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on inventory.

We understand accidents happen. A refundable damage deposit is required for all rentals, and clients are responsible for lost or damaged items beyond normal wear. Complete details are outlined in our Damage Deposit & Replacement Agreement.

No. We ask that food be gently removed and all pieces be placed back into the containers provided. Spill the Tea Events handles all cleaning and sanitizing so you can simply enjoy your event without worrying about cleanup.

Yes. We happily accommodate gatherings of all sizes, with a $300 minimum rental (before delivery and any additional service fees). Whether you're hosting an intimate tea for two or a large celebration, we'll create a beautifully curated vintage tea experience tailored to your event.
